Weighted Pull-ups

3-3-3-3-3

AMRAP for 20 minutes:

5 Handstand Push-ups

10 Toes to Bar

15 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)

100 m Kettlebell Run

Announcements:

We will not be having evening classes (5:15pm and 6:15pm) this Friday due to Balance Gym Employee Retreat.  There will be a 6:15am and 12:00pm.

New foundations courses will begin on April 20th.  Please contact Danielle if interested
