200 pushups
300 squats

35:45.. took off a minute from 4/17 and went from green belt to blue belt... pushups from knees

I scaled this and did:
Mile Run
50 pull ups, with blue band
100 push ups
150 Squats
Mile Run/walk
= 49:20

well turns out 100 air squats Friday night was an AWFUL idea

45:17
started with blue band and switched to green, but should've stuck with blue
push ups from knees
