WOD for Tuesday:
Complete 4X 4 minute AMRAP of the following:
6 Shuttle Sprints (10 yds- each touch=1)
10 Ab Mat Sit-ups
1-2-3-4....Clapping Push-ups
2 minute rest between sets.
Begin each subsequent work set where you left on your previous set. Continue to add push-ups. Score is total amount of push-ups.

Regarding today's blog photo--if only my return flight had been on time, I could've learned how to hold handstands for longer than the 2 seconds it takes to snap a photo.
