WOD for Wednesday:

10 Push-ups

THIS SATURDAY- Halloween Partner Workout- We will be holding a special workout this Saturday. There will be one CrossFit regular class. Warm-up will start at 10am. The workout should wrap up by 11:30am. You may choose your partners now. Dress in costume! If you do not have a partner, we will pair you up this weekend. There will be a prize for best team costume! Start brainstorming!
