Reminder: Halloween Costume Partner WOD this Saturday.  Details below.

This Friday at CrossFit Dupont: Barbells for Boobs this Sexy Friday at 6pm! Please sign up to fund raise here, or be so kind as to make a small donation here. Following the event we will heading over to Katie’s for the CFDu Paleo Pot Luck 5.0! Her address is 2032 16th St, NW, between U and V. Plan to get started around 7:30pm!

WOD for Wednesday

4X 3 minutes of the following: 

500m Row

AMRAP: 

10 Sit-ups

10 Push-ups

-Rest 3 minutes-

THIS SATURDAY- Halloween Partner Workout- We will be holding a special workout this Saturday.  There will be one CrossFit regular class.  Warm-up will start at 10am.  The workout should wrap up by 11:30am.  You may choose your partners now.  Dress in costume!  If you do not have a partner, we will pair you up this weekend. There will be a prize for best team costume!  Start brainstorming!
