WOD for Saturday:
"Hold to Work"- Teams of 4 (2 Pairs)
Overhead hold (135/95) - 50 x Toes to bar
Front rack hold (185/130) - 100 Hand release push ups
Deadlift hold (225/155) - 150 x Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
*Bar must be in hold position prior to work beginning
*First pair must complete toes to bar prior to second pair beginning chipper; Among Pair 1, they could split up the TTB reps at their preference. When Pair 1 is done with all of their TTBs, move onto the next station, and Pair 2 begin the TTB/OH hold. One pair at a station and you may not move onto the next station until all reps are completed.
Suggested Weights:
Overhead Hold (95/65) - 50 x Knees to elbows
Front rack hold (135/95)
Deadlift hold (135/95)
