Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 10:27AM WEEK 1 FOR CF OPEN! Just a reminder: NO REGULAR CROSSFIT 8PM CLASS AT CF BALANCE. All Open athletes should plan on arriving by 7:30pm. All workouts/standards will be briefed at 7:45pm sharp! All athletes are expected to review these standards prior to this evening. Warm-up will be on your own. Give yourself enough time and arrive in a timely fashion or earlier.
Heats will begin at 8pm in the CrossFit Studio. If you are not participating in the Open, please come out to support our athletes!

ANOTHER IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
BALANCE GYM "HUNGER GAMES"- TBA- Participants will be the top 6 men and 6 women upon finish of the Open WODs. We will be posting the top 3 men and women from each affiliate each week! We are in the process of designing the Balance Gym Hunger Games shirts. Cost will be about $30 per shirt. We are basing our first order on pre-purchase/order. They should be ready by the end of next week!

Hmmm... I'll have my daughter with me tomorrow night. 8 pm is past her bedtime -- can you put me in one of the early heats? Thanks!
The workout time for heats is between 8-9pm. Everyone will be finished by 9pm. I'm hoping everyone can stay for the hour to provide others for encouragement.

I guess Danielle needed to program 150 burps for time more often if this is round 1 of the games but tonight should be a lot of fun!

Felt the burn when doing BS after burpees. I was in the first heat so had close to an hour rest, but still. Glad our %'s today weren't higher.
