WOD: 12 rounds, 115#, PCs from the ground. Great workout, but absolutely smoked.

Yesterday, improvising at a hotel in Boston:

DB SP: 3ea @ 35, 40, 50, 40, 40, 40.

DUs: about 5 rounds of 10. Finally stringing 10s together.

Made-up metcon: AMRAP for 5 minutes: 5 x 35# DB PCs, pullups, and pushups. 4 rounds.
