AMRAP of "The Chief"
3 Power Clean (135/95lbs)
6 Push-ups
9 Air Squats

Yesterday, improvising at a hotel in Boston:

DUs: about 5 rounds of 10. Finally stringing 10s together.
Made-up metcon: AMRAP for 5 minutes: 5 x 35# DB PCs, pullups, and pushups. 4 rounds.
