Good luck to the Affiliate League this Saturday. James Dozier (pictured above) and Emily Baskin are team captains! Thanks to both of you and Rob for coaching and supporting these athletes! The competition will take place at CrossFit Balance from 1-3pm. Please come and cheer on our athletes! There will also be a going away party for Ewan this Saturday evening at Ozios from 9pm and on! All details will be posted on Facebook.
WOD for Friday:
Deadlifts
1.) Work up to heavy set of 3.
2a.) Perform 3X 3 @90%
Rest 60 Seconds
2b.) 15 Push-ups
Perform 3 rounds for time:
30 Wall Balls
15 Pull-ups (Kipping)
