WOD for Saturday:
In teams of 2, complete the following for time: (Can do at park by Thomas Circle)
200 meter wheelbarrow walk (switch after 100 m)
200 meter partner carry (switch after 100 m)
200 meter burpee broad jump (2 people working at a time)
Walk back recovery…then complete:
Part 2: Only 1 partner works at a time- Partner 1 completes first set unbroken, then sprints. Partner 2 then starts where Partner 1 left on and soo on. Your goal is to complete the 50 reps for time:
50 Clean Thrusters (115/75lbs)
200 meter Alley Run
