Just a reminder: Be sure to take a rest day from this week's programming (as all of you should). You should not be trying to get in 5 days back to back. Friday we will be performing a benchmark wod!
WOD for Thursday:
Skill Work- Hollow Body Positioning Drills/Handstand Practice
Perform 30 seconds work: 30 seconds rest of each
1a.) Hollow Body from Rings/Bar
1b.) Hollow Body in Lunge
1c.) Hollow Rocks/Hold on Ground
10 minutes of Handstand (Free/Wall)
2) Alternating Tabata (12 minutes) of:
Box Jumps
Handstand Push-ups/Push-ups
3) 3X ME Hollow Rocks/Holds
Post total number of reps to comments.
*Extra Add on following tabatas for advanced: (rest 5 minutes after tabatas)

10 Alternating Pistols

tabata: 90 box jumps (20")/146 regular push-ups
69 box jumps (24in) and 95 pushups. Fun times with the noon class. Sorry to miss tomorrow's benchmark, but headed out of town.
