WOD for Thursday:
Skill Work- Hollow Body Positioning Drills/Handstand Practice
Perform 30 seconds work: 30 seconds rest of each
1a.) Hollow Body from Rings/Bar
1b.) Hollow Body in Lunge
1c.) Hollow Rocks/Hold on Ground
10 minutes of Handstand (Free/Wall)
2) Alternating Tabata (12 minutes) of:
3) 3X ME Hollow Rocks/Holds
