WOD for Saturday:
10X 1 Strict Pull-up-On the top of every 1:30 complete 1 Strict Pull-up. If you are doing prescribed men start at 25lbs and women start at 10lbs. Continue to add 5lbs for each set until failure. You may continue beyond 10 sets if using weight, however, if you fail prior to the finish of 10 then drop the weight for subsequent sets. If you are scaling, aim for consistency with reps (may do ring rows with weight/light band). Kipping is not permitted.
AMRAP for 15 minutes:
1-2-3-4...Stairs (up and down- each round add one)
1 Sabertooth Crawl (ascending)/Bear Crawl (descending)
Score is final weight and total number of stair sprints (up/down=1).
