WOD for Wednesday:
Benchmarks- We will be retesting these 2 months from now as we will be starting a new strength cycle next week! Be sure to record your reps, be consistent with your set-up for each workset, and rest.
3X Max Pull-ups
3X Max Handstand Push-ups
3x Max Broad Jumps
(Rest as needed between all attempts)
Complete 5 rounds for time:
10 yd Shuttle Run
10 Push-ups
10 yd Shuttle Run X2
10 Air Squats
10 yd Shuttle Run X3
10 Burpees
Post total reps for each and time to comments.
