TRACK MEET-UP THIS SATURDAY AT 5PM? We will be meeting at 5pm at Banneker Track off of 13th and Florida. We will be doing "Tosh" 3 rounds: 200m, 400m, 600m (Rest is 1:0 for each one). Please email Danielle if you plan on coming. If you have another workout in mind, come up for the group support.
