Kari Utz
Growing up on Eastern Long Island, Kari’s interest in sports and fitness started at an early age. She started playing soccer at age six and continued through the Semi-pro level. She played Division 1 soccer at the University of Delaware while obtaining a BS in Business Operations Management.
While working in the Advertising industry for 12 years following college, Kari explored her passion for health and fitness. She competed in Figure competitions, which gained her invaluable knowledge in the nutrition and fitness industries. In fact, she found that she was so passionate about it that she made a complete career change and left the corporate world to became a Specialist in Nutrition and Conditioning.
Kari has worked with clients of all health and fitness backgrounds. From beginners through elite athletes, Kari has the knowledge and passion to help each client reach their individual health goals. She has a strong background in speed and agility training, as well as sport-specific conditioning.
On the nutrition side, Kari has helped clients with goals from fat loss to sports performance to allergy-induced diet restrictions. She understands how to educate clients on balanced, healthy nutrition so that they can make it a lifestyle change.
Kari currently runs boot camps, holds group nutrition seminars and works with individuals on a one-on-one basis. As Kari will express to her clients, balancing diet and conditioning is the best way to meet your individual health goals, including obtaining an ideal body composition and avoiding disease.
