Mark Crick
Mark Crick believes everyone can train like an athlete to achieve results, regardless of age or current physique. To excel as an athlete you need to develop lean muscle that is able to function with natural movement. Mark helps his clients not only achieve their desired goals, but also provides them with a level of functional fitness and confidence. Mark helps his client achieve their goals with a precise combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, repeated bouts of high intensity activity, as well as flexibility and mobility training.
For the past 12 years, Mark has been a professional rugby player, having played around the globe in some of the toughest competitions in the world. This raw knowledge of training, accompanied with a strong educational background, including both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Sport Science and Management, makes Mark an ideal trainer. He is also certified in CrossFit Football and has also been featured in the Washington Post, Washington Post Express, and on NBC4.
