Mike Molloy

Mike grew up in the New England area and recently moved down to D.C. after finishing his Ph.D at Dartmouth College in Immunology. He discovered CrossFit about 5 years ago and has implemented the life-style ever since, even competing in the regional CrossFit games in 2009 and 2010.

While at Dartmouth, he spent the last two years working as the strength and conditioning coach for the women’s rugby team, one of the top 16 teams in the country this year. Additionally, he has worked with clients on a one-on-one basis, and has consulted for affiliates across New England with regards to nutrition and implementation of smart training regimens.

His goal as a trainer is to improve your health, fitness, and ultimately happiness through proper training and nutrition. He wants you to work hard in the gym so that you can do all the things you want to do outside of the gym as well.
