
Foundations classes are for individuals seeking to enter our ongoing group classes. They are designed to introduce the technique and mechanics of CrossFit’s 9 basic movements and other secondary movements, then intensity. Foundations is perfect for those who are hesitant about the movements, desire more attention and time to review, or are unsure of where to begin.
Foundations Options
- Standard 3-week, 6-day course. Meets twice per week for 3 weeks.
- 1-Day, 3-hour course. Meets Saturdays from 1 to 4 p.m.
- Express Foundations. Three 40-minute one-on-one sessions with a CrossFit Coach. Additional cost applies.
Foundations is included in your enrollment. You can also just take Foundations and decide to join later.

(1) Standard Foundations
- The Foundations classes meet 2 days per week over the course of 3 weeks.
- Classes consist of 6 one-hour training sessions limited to 12 trainees.
- Your first month's payment includes Foundations, CrossFit membership, and Balance Gym membership.
- Advanced registration and payment is required.
(2) 1-Day Foundations
- Course meets Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Your first month's payment includes Foundations, CrossFit membership, and Balance Gym membership.
- Advanced registration and payment is required.
(3) Express Foundations
- 3 one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches that will allow you to join regular classes sooner.
- Express Foundations is $99 additional for the 3 40-minute sessions.
- Advanced registration and payment is required.

Fees:
- Month-to-month Membership $195/month
- Annual Membership $169/month
- Enrollment $70 one time
- Includes a Functional Movement Screen to find imbalances
- Express Foundations $99 for 3 sessions
- Foundations w/out membership $245
- 1 month non-recurring $250
What next?
Once you Join CrossFit Balance you should schedule your sessions online. Danielle will contact you to welcome you and answer any questions prior to your first class. We are typically booked one to two 3-week sessions in advance. Do not show up the next day!
